Boundary Consultants were involved throughout this development and faced a number of challenges in ensuring the success of the 4-lot subdivision.
Some of these challenges included managing storm water drainage issues, site contamination and requirements surrounding access to a Council Manhole on the property. We worked with the client, Council and stakeholders to ensure that these problems were overcome, resulting in a successful Resource Consent, Land Transfer application and subdivision in July 2013.
